Pillar 3 Risk Disclosures 2022

The Pillar 3 Risk Disclosures comprise information on Arion Bank’s risk profile, risk management and capital adequacy. The report is based on disclosure requirements set out in the Financial Undertakings Act No. 161/2002 and Regulation EU 575/2013 (CRR). The disclosures contain information on new and forthcoming legislation as well as information on the Bank’s remuneration policy. The report pertains to the conditions of the Bank’s prudential consolidation, which excludes insurance subsidiaries.
